Â鶹ÊÓƵ study finds lack of Personal Fall Arrest Systems a leading cause of fatalities
Â鶹ÊÓƵ researchers examined 768 NIOSH FACE (Fatality Assessment and Control Evaluation) reports describing construction occupational fatalities. They found that falls accounted for 42% of the deaths described in the FACE reports, and that more than half the workers who died lacked access to Personal Fall Arrest Systems.
